I remember once, we were in Portland, Ore. standing outside a mission waiting to be fed.
If you are careful, and pay perfect "half-attention," you can approach your subconscious and use your super-powers. This is one minor example of that. Maybe someday I'll tell you about my x-ray vision or coming back from the dead. For now, only a minor example that I was a witness to.
I saw a feather, lying on the ground.
Now, if you've ever seen a feather, especially falling, you know it floats down one, specific, way; with both ends curled up. This feather was lying there with both ends up.
I grinned at Cay, (Ki,) nodded at the feather, didn't say anything - that would never work, then blew. I blew at the feather, specifically intending to turn it over, upside-down, the way it never lands. I blew exactly, and that's what I got. It exactly picked up, turned over, and set down, with no extra motion whatsoever! It was great.
Cay looked at me, grinned, and nodded at a window upstairs, across the street. It was about 10 floors up, with a little planter-box outside. She didn't say anything; she just glared hard at that little planter-box for about the next 30 seconds.
Suddenly, the window flew open and this little old ladies' head popped out. She checked her flower quite intensely, and then looked around, left and right, as if looking for who was messing with her flower. After another, slightly puzzled, look at her flower, and then around once more, she went back inside and closed her window.
I looked over at Cay, she was grinning evilly at me. (Humorously evil, in case you don't understand. She was good!) She said, "I just thought real hard, about ripping her flower out by the roots, and waving it around, and beating it on stuff."
Thought alone brought this woman to her window, 10 stories up, to protect her flower from an assault that was psychically, projected at it.
You will never convince me otherwise.
I was there.
