He was turned down for what?!?

No Army For You

Twenty-five year old Martin Gilbert decided to sign up for the army. Gilbert has 2 years of community college, B+ average, and varied work experience. Unfortunately he is currently unemployed and living off of his savings and selling off belongings. Since Gilbert has long been interested in the military, he decided that now was the time to enlist. He was turned down, due to a misdemeanor marijuana charge in high school. He had just turned 18 and the charge was dismissed after a fine was paid. Still no go for boot camp. In a time of military deployment is hostile areas when many troops are repeatedly kept over seas longer than the tour of duty was supposed to be is this really what we are doing? The last president and the sitting one both admitted cocaine use when younger, and the one before that to pot use. Hypocritical and ridiculous!

Ridiculous is definitely an understatement, wouldn't you agree?
