A Hallmark of being an adult...

One of the most important hallmarks of being an adult is the ability to delay self-gratification.

Succumbing to instant gratification is the mark of a child.

Sure, it's OK to succumb to instant gratification sometimes, but not being able to control yourself is the mark of a child, and far too many supposed adults nowadays cannot control themselves!

They are neither capable of controlling themselves, nor of being able to see any reason why they should.

I'll get into this more later.

I have to start writing more.

I'm beginning to make everyday posting a habit, now to expand that into writing, not just a picture, sometimes without even a title.
