Pineapple Bread-and-Butter-style Pickled Eggs, (and the case of the disappearing Pineapple Vinegar.)

I made those really great Pineapple-Bread-and-Butter-Pickled-Eggs, and then when I went to duplicate that recipe I couldn't!
I couldn't find Pineapple Vinegar anywhere, and I definitely looked.
So now, I finally looked online to find some somewhere and the first bunch of entries all had to do with making my own... quite easily.
It's on now, buddy!

(Oh, and they all mention it being a Mexican thing and I never checked any Mexican stores.)
In the meantime, though, I've tried another type of vinegar, Raspberry Balsamic, and it's only OK.
These are not good enough for the, "Not Your GrandMa's," label.
