I'm going kinda hiking soon, except I'm camping there. 

It's only about a 2-1/2 mile hike and it's just off Hwy. 101 and Hwy. 1 in the Marin Headlands.

I've got my nights booked already, (it was free! I couldn't turn that down!)

I'm going there directly after work on a Fri, since I'll be halfway there already.

I’m definitely taking my camera.

I'm trying to get into shape somewhat. I intend to make it to Upper Yosemite Falls this year. I may never get another chance. I also want to go on some longer, cross-country hikes so I'd best be in shape for it.

Also, bike rides. 

I need to get in shape for some bike rides.

(I'd love to get into motorcycle rides too, but that's too expensive for me. I'd have to buy a bike. Well, I'd have to get a license, insurance…)

Sooner or later I'm going to end up dead, crippled, or in prison.

I want to see and do some stuff before then.

Kind of my 'Bucket List.'

And I'd better get busy on it, too.
