Lawyer Says Phillip and Nancy Garrido Made "Full Confession" to Kidnapping Jaycee Dugard

"...a plea deal that would send Nancy Garrido to prison for 241 years and Phillip Garrido for 400 years."

That sounds about OK to me.
Even with early parole she couldn't be out in under 120 years and him in about 200.

You can't get much scummier than these two sub-humans!
